Returns & Exchanges

At KhushPosh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion choices aren't a perfect fit, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your KhushPosh account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Place the items back in their original packaging along with the printed return invoice.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
